Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Answer telephone calls
Take and relay messages
Deal with queries from clients and customers
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Schedule appointments
Organise conference and meeting room bookings
Co-ordinate meetings
Monitor and maintain office equipment for the team
Create POs using the Basware soft ware
Deal with Basware queries
