Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Deal with queries  from clients and customers
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments
  • Organise conference and meeting room bookings
  • Co-ordinate meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment for the team
  • Create POs using the Basware soft ware
  • Deal with Basware queries
