Facilities Site Manager Lead

Job Introduction

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your operational management career. Working as the Facilities Manager at one of our sites based in Sligo Town, Ireland you will take full management responsibility for all FM Services and the teams with full accountability for both soft and hard services delivery. This position has a strong technical requirement and will therefore require you to have an electrical qualification.

Role Responsibility

  • Effectively manage the Sodexo team to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at site
  • Management of all services on site with a string emphasis on technical service delivery
  • Full P and L accountability
  • Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets
  • Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
  • Ensure strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Motivate and lead a high performing team to achieve their objectives and the ‘Go for Growth’ strategy

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced integrated facilities management environment
  • Strong understanding of outsourced contracts
  • Electrical qualification essential
  • FM Qualification or equivalent combination of education/ Trade & experience at a senior FM operations level
  • H&S Qualification – IOSH or similar,
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
