Facilities Assistant

Job Introduction

We have an interesting opportunity for a self-motivated candidate to join the team as an Facilities Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a busy team working for a prestigious company.

Working pattern will be Monday - Friday

Role Responsibility

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties
  • Administrative duties
  • Basic cleaning
  • Staff shop
  • Other facilities duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous reception experience a benefit
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good time management
  • Proven experience working in a team environment
