Facilities Assistant
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Daily duties as a Team Leader set out in individual SOWs for the contracted building,
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards,
Take responsibility for making all cleaning staff aware of and familiar with the correct use of all equipment and materials
Daily and weekly meetings and reports to Facilities Coordinator,
Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents,
Ensure that cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment stored safely at all times, Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings,
Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations,
Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean & maintained in safe working order.
Comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH
Promote Health and Safety within the team and raise awareness among all staff of appropriate Health and Safety Regulations

Team Leading skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good customers service, “an eye” for details, Understanding high cleaning standards, good use of English language (written and spoken), previous cleaning experience,
