Facilities Administrator

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Day to Day Administration- Scanning, Filing, Printing
  • Invoice filing and record keeping
  • Data input and ensuring  spreadsheets are up to date
  • Completing jobs generated from the help desk
  • Supplier folder management. Help maintain contracts are up to date and maintenance works are up to date.
  • Weekly orders
  • Provide reception cover

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good customer service skills

  • Presentable with an eye for detail
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work own your own as well as part of a team

Package Description

Facilities Administrator

Monday to Friday

39 hours per week
