Facilities Administrator

Job Introduction

Job Purpose
To provide a confidential and effectient administration service to the appropriate area of the business, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
 

Role Responsibility

 

To work closely with Accommodation Team to provide seamless service, visitors and staff

Obtain a full working knowledge of the campus, its layout, services, policies & procedures.

Deal with enquiries/requests for information, producing reports and back up information as required

Deal with suppliers & contractors .  Place and track orders/services.

Produce worksheets.

Assist in maintaining the security of the property throughout and the allocation of keys, electronic fob access and CCTV.

Deal with mail

Attend emergency situations such as fire alarms and requests for assistance from tenants and colleagues.

Assist Facilities Manager in quality, H & S, financial monitori8ng e.g. termly inspections, checkout meetings and meter readings

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

Education; ability to demonstrate skills/education in English and Mathematics.

Demonstrate experience of working in a successful team.

Demonstrate experience on working on own initiative.

Strong communication skills.

Flexibility to the needs of the business.

Desirable

Relevant qualifications

Experience in customer service role

 

Package Description

Working 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.  Additional overtime will be required at peak periods
