Fabric Technician

We are looking to recruit a Fabric Maintenance Technician for one of our Global Pharmaceutical contracts based in Hertfordshire.

You will take accountability for the delivery of varying construction and refurbishment projects.

Role Responsibility

  • Liaise with internal and external customers the client and engineers at all level.
  • Plan works and deliver in accordance with business needs
  • Communicating with the customer
  • Multi-skilled trades service provision to site, carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing
  • Reactive maintenance in accordance to SLA and KPI's.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing local site standards and procedures whilst complying with legal regulations
  • Assist Fabric Supervisor identify and manage project risks ensuring solutions are reached to deliver the required productivity

     

The Ideal Candidate

  • Joinery / Carpentry Experience
  • Experience working in the building services industry
  • Fantastic customer service experience.
  • Strong customer services skills and experience
  • Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking
  • Strong team player within a high quality customer service operation
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results
  • Previous experience working in a GMP or similar live pharmaceutical environment
  • Knowledge and experience of a wide range of maintenance activities
