FTC Referencing Project
Job Introduction
Sodexo carry out various reference and vetting checks for many of their clients. Due to recent contract wins there has been a massive increase in reference checks and Sodexo require a temporary role to assist with the reference process.
Learning opportunity:
Learn about vetting procedures and legal requirements
Knowledge of roles within Sodexo, the segments and how Sodexo is structured
Build relationships with HR colleagues
Grow knowledge/awareness of all service lines within HR Shared Services team
Role Responsibility
Contact referees and send out reference forms
Liaise with the candidate/employee and site managers
Process returned references in line with company policy
Escalate unsatisfactory references to the compliance specialist and site manager

Package Description
40 hours per week.
Working hours to be agreed but between 7.30am & 5.00pm
Ministry of Justice Clearance will be required- Sodexo will provide documents to be completed- no cost for candidate
