External Maintenance and Cleaning Operative

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a External Maintenance and Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Complete small civil works as and when required, in line with the customer needs.
  • Jet wash pathways, patios and walkways when required.
  • Cleaning low level windows across site.
  • Cleaning within car park bays and stairwells.
  • Clearing debris and litter from pathways, car parks and external areas.
  • Emptying, cleaning bins around the site external areas
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of civil work.
  • Experience of working with mechanical/motorised equipment.
  • Experience of good cleaning practises.
  • Can do attitude to work and problem solving.
  • Able to use initiative to resolve issues to benefit our customers.
  • Health and safety conscious.
