Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to provide efficient executive support to the Sodexo Sports & Leisure UK&I CEO; this role will also involve building constructive and effective relationships across the wider business.

Role Responsibility

This role has flexibility to work at home, however you will be required to be in the London office at the same time as the CEO, approximately once or twice a week. The role encompasses all areas of executive support with the additional challenge of the CEO travelling globally, which will involve working across different time zones. The role is varied from composing written communication and reports to compiling presentations, booking travel, coordinating diaries and taking calls. The reports produced will be presented to senior leaders across business, therefore a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. You will also be required to work with different teams to ensure all information for board reports is gathered within the correct time frames. Due to extensive travel, there will be requirements for numerous arrangements to be made and securing any applicable visas. This role will require someone who is proactive, detailed and personable. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of supporting an Executive.
  • Excellent typing skills. Intermediate knowledge of the following packages: MS Office; ( Word, Power Point, Excel and Visio)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to articulate self verbally and in writing, including taking and compilation of meeting minutes and actions.
  • Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of discretion, tact and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Previous experience in booking and organising complex Global  travel arrangements
  • Organised and methodical
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and support Sports & Leisure UK&I CEO out of hours as required.
  • A can do attitude and a sense of humour, calm and balance
