Executive Assistant

Job Introduction

As PA, working within the Corporate Services segment based at the Sodexo head office in London, you will provide a efficient, effective and professional support service to Executive & Director level management of Corporate Services

Role Responsibility

  • Manage a team of administration staff who support Strategic Accounts contracts and above contract employees
  • Act as an office manager and single point of contact for all problem solving and internal clarification questions. 
  • Manage & grow relationships with key internal stakeholders across countries.
  • Drive executive delivery by monitoring e-mails and proactively action as agreed, ensuring deadlines are met by Executive/Directors and outstanding actions followed up.
  • Manage all forms of correspondence such as post, email, and faxes and taking minutes and dictation in meetings for recording and communication purposes.
  • Produce and update Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations as required
  • Accountable for organising all meetings on/off site in addition to client entertaining and all events.
  • SAP Management – raising/processing of invoices and chasing outstanding payments.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Previous Executive Administration experience
  • French speaking an advantage
  • Competent with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher & PowerPoint)
  • Good numerical and verbal skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills, including editing skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Have worked in an environment where confidentiality is important.
  • Ability to be resilient and adaptable
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience within a similar role.  Experience of working with an extremely busy team with very high standards would be useful.

Desirable

  • Previous experience working globally
  • Ability to communicate in an additional language is desirable.
