Events Head Chef
Job Introduction
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the Peyton and Byrne Events team at the National Gallery as the Events Head Chef. This role will oversee the Events kitchen and all food production. You will have responsibility for planning, organising and communicating between the kitchen, restaurant and wider Peyton Events teams. In this role you will build a motivated team by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development. As the Events Head Chef you will be an inspirational leader, motivating and developing your team to create a culture of passion and enthusiasm for the preparation and service of food. The Events Head Chef will cultivate an excellent working partnership with the Events and restaurant management team and Peyton and Byrne senior managers and directors. Peyton and Byrne was founded by renowned restaurateur Oliver Peyton in 2005, with a flexible and high quality offering they develop unique products and branding to match the needs and aspirations of their customers. Peyton and Byrne are part of Sodexo, globally recognised for hospitality excellence Sodexo help create and deliver exceptional customer experiences at world renowned venues and sporting events such as Ascot, Bateaux, The Open and RHS Chelsea Flower Show. |
