Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for an Events Co-ordinator to join our catering team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

Responsible for the management of all client hospitality bookings
Key point of contact for our client and our service delivery team for all hospitality requests including dining, corporate events and in room meeting dining.
Establish direct communication with agencies and suppliers to ensure excellent delivery of all events.
Provide pre and post analysis of the effectiveness of events with recommendations.
To liaise closely with line manager to ensure appropriate budget controls: Submissions/ Monitoring/ amendments/ reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments ensuring efficient forward planning of activities and that these are consistent with corporate ID, business strategy and company objectives.
Help deliver high profile events across all Thames Valley sites

The Ideal Candidate

This is a fixed term maternity cover with the potential to extend.

Package Description

Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events.

Champion best practise and act as in an advisory capacity as to how to get the most out of events.
