Electrical Engineer Supervisor

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to be based at a prestigious pharmaceutical site in Hertfordshire, providing electrical maintenance support services including PPM’s and breakdown.

Role Responsibility

  • Actively implement the planned & reactive maintenance and monitoring of all Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Plant and systems.
  • Ensure SHE standards are maintained
  • Available for callout to respond to ensure effective response & resolution in accordance with the client SLA.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers the client and engineers at all levels.
  • Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the site engineering services.
  • Comply with & enforce existing business risk management procedures to maintenance & project works.
  • Support the development and communication of best working practice.
  • Implementation & co-ordination of small engineering & maintenance projects.
  • Implement maintenance activities, ensuring maximum efficiency of the HVAC plant & minimum services downtime.
  • Troubleshoot areas of concern on site & offer effective solutions.
  • Investigate and report in detail upon infrastructure short falls, problems and incidents, recommending options for remedial actions.
     

The Ideal Candidate

  • City & Guilds 2382-10 IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition
  • Testing and Initial Verification,  City & Guilds 2377
  • City & Guilds 2377-200 PAT
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team worker and flexibility within the contracted hours.
  • Computer literate
  • Intuitive and proactive nature.
  • High moral standards with absolute integrity.
