Duty Manager
Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager for our Aviation Experience site, this role will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation at this interesting venue. We have a café, retail outlets and exhibitions and need a Duty Manager to ensure the supervision of staff, exceptional level of customer service and effective management across the three areas.

Role Responsibility
This role involves managing a team of around 20, you will be ensuring high levels of customer care for all visitors whilst ensuring compliance across health & safety and food safety. Working with the team you will increase employee engagement through training and development and by having regular catch ups and improving communication. Overseeing the day to day operation of either the café, retail outlets or the exhibitions, you will be in a responsible position, a key holder with autonomy to make decisions regards your area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in catering or hospitality and has gained some supervisory experience.
