Digital Marketing Manager

Job Introduction

We have an exceptional opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join the Sodexo Sports and Leisure team. Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will be responsible for developing digital marketing tools and driving the digital strategy that will impact the brands across Sodexo Sports and Leisure, Prestige Venues and Events, Peyton and Byrne and Bateaux.

Recognised across the globe for hospitality, we help create exceptional moments at extraordinary events such as Royal Ascot, Tour de France, The Open Championship and RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Role Responsibility

This responsible role will ultimately drive business growth into our prestigious portfolio of venues across the UK & Ireland, you will plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media and advertising. Coming up with new creative growth strategies you will continually look for improvements whilst measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Taking ownership you will identify trends, optimise spend based on insights and plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Working with internal Sodexo teams, you will create landing pages, build content and optimise user experience, utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across channels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate calibre in marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google/NetInsight/Omniture/WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (DART/ Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
 

Package Description

Up to £55,000 + Pension + 15% Annual Bonus + £1,300 Flexible Benefits
