Data Administrator
Job Introduction
Sodexo Energy & Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator to join our Operations Team supporting the business with Sodexo’s E-ProphIT system in our Aberdeen office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurately entering data from our offshore units and providing all additional support to the operations team.
Role Responsibility
Coordinate the logistics of sending back the offshore Bond bags
Assist with night safe keys, queries from offshore re banking
Coordinate manual credit card vouchers, send to provider for processing, deal with queries and track returns
Coordinate PCIDSS Compliance
Assist offshore with chip and pin queries
Post Food, Cleaning & Bond accounts into E-ProphIT
Post purchase invoices & expenses
Entry of Food, Cleaning & Bond reconciliations
