Customer Service Leader

Job Introduction

This position requires a proactive customer focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels. The person needs to be a forward thinker with a methodical approach, exceptional planning, and excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to challenge to further develop the food service offer, financial and company procedures awareness advantages as the role does require company trading duties.

Role Responsibility

  • To take responsibility for all Facilities Management service streams and ensure that a five-star customer service experience is delivered
  • To be the first point of contact for building occupants on facilities issues
  • To be visible to all users and build strong customer relationships
  • To ensure the working areas are compliant to Health and Safety and environmental procedures
  • To report all faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the Service Manager
  • To ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy
  • To monitor and review the vend and stationery hubs to ensure they are replenished as required
  • To work as part of the business support
  • To undertake the induction and training of users allocated to your area
  • To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services
  • To carry out basic maintenance tasks as required
  • E-ProphIT knowledge for processing invoices, cash and stock takes
  • EPOS cashing up and banking of all monies, ensuring all company procedures are carried out

Package Description

 

  • To take responsibility for all Catering service streams and ensure that a 5-star customer service is experienced by all
  • To be the first point of contact for building occupants on Catering issues and Hospitality requests
  • To be visible to all users and build relationships with all levels of user.
  • To ensure the dining and kitchen areas are compliant to Food Health and Safety legislation & Sodexo policies
  • To ensure that the floor area is compliant to environmental procedure
  • To work with colleagues to ensure financial performance is monitored and improved
  • To ensure that the site rules are enforced
  • To report all faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the Service Stream Lead
  • To monitor and review food quality
  • To monitor and review stock levels of disposables for catering
  • To monitor and review confectionary selling points & analyzing sales of preferred products
  • To monitor and review the vending hubs in the allocated areas and ensure stock is available
  • To monitor and review hospitality requests, providing the kitchen with adequate notice of any upcoming requests
  • To work as part of the catering support team and multi skill in all positions
  • Undertaking the induction of users allocated to your area
  • To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services
  • To assist in recruitment of FSA’s and Kitchen Porters
  • To carry out basic maintenance tasks as required
  • To Liaise with chefs and promote current food offers
  • E-Proph-IT knowledge for processing invoices, cash and stock takes
  • EPOS cashing up and banking of all monies, ensuring all company procedures are carried out
