Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Car Parking Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Greeting customers in a polite and courteous manner
  • Directing customers and visitors to parking areas, assisting patients and visitors to ensure they are parked in the correct parking bays
  • Liaise with hospital porters to assist patients who need help with wheel chair access
  • Keeping parking areas clear, orderly and litter free.
  • Ensuring the site is free flowing and there is adequate access at all entrances/exits
  • Proactively clearing the customer parking area at the end of the day ready for the following morning.
  • Maintaining the highest standard of presentation in the Hospital.

Right now we are looking for a Customer Service Car Parking Attendant to join our expanding team. This important role is to ensure that all customers are warmly greeted and assisted on arrival at the Hospital. We are looking for a customer focused and organised individual to manage the parking areas to ensure that there are adequate free spaces to allow patients and visitors to park easily and safely.

Duties in this role will include:  

  • Greeting customers in a polite and courteous manner
  • Directing customers and visitors to parking areas assisting patients and visitors to ensure they are parked in the correct parking bays
  • Liaise with hospital porters to assist patients who need help with wheel chair access
  • Keeping parking areas clear and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximised
  • Ensuring the site is free flowing and there is adequate access at all entrances/exits
  • Ensuring the car park is litter free
  • Proactively clearing the customer parking area at the end of the day ready for the following morning
  • Maintaining the highest standard of presentation in the Hospital
