Corporate Receptionist

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • To answer all calls politely and professionally
  • Provide assistance to visitors/ Contractors ensuring all site procedures/ polices are adhered too
  • To develop excellent workings relationships with colleagues
  • To check meeting room calendars / update data systems
  • To be flexible to cover staff holidays and sickness and any further additional hours
  • To carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
  • Able to articlate clearly and credibly with senior managers and all staff
  • Capability to work unsupervised and take responsibiltiy

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
  • Right to work in the UK without restriction
  • Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level

 

Desirable

 

  • 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths & English) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customers services principles and practices
  •  Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure
  • SIA Badge

Package Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Swichboard Operator to work on a busy switchboard. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have excellent communications skills and be used to working in a fast paced environment

The working hours are 8am - 4pm Thursdays and Fridays however flexibility may be required to cover holidays etc.

The role includes free parking on site with one hour lunch
