Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Wexford sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Ability to adhere to HACCP and allergen legislation.
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience in working in a similar environment in a team and ability to communicate effectively.
Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members
The Ideal Candidate
Assist with the overall running of the kitchen and the preparation of all food, considering specific needs and special diet requirements.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas.
