Job Introduction
To supervise the operational delivery of contract within their area of responsibility to the specifications and quality standards set out in the contractual documents as agreed by Sodexo. To ensure delivery of tree surveys and related works are carried out safely to a high standard..
Develop long term management processes. Implement best standard, company, segment and divisional policies and procedures as directed.
Role Responsibility
- To oversee delivery of tree surveys across the contract
- To oversee grounds maintenance, horticultural and related tasks within designated sites to required specifications and quality standards, as directed by your line manger.
- To assist the contract manager with developing and maintaining a positive working culture and environment for employees through sound leadership and effective communication.
- To assist the contract manager to manage client relationships and expectations.
- To assist the contract manager to maintain formal and informal communications with clients and customers.
- To assist the contract manager to seek to raise standards and improve quality, through constant review and monitoring. Share and implement best practice, initiatives and increase productivity in accordance with company business objectives.
- To prepare and submit reports as requested by your line manager.
- To assist the contract manager to comply with the company’s client retention strategy.
The Ideal Candidate

- Driving licence
- Arboriculture experience inc. Tree Surveying
- Basic literacy and numeracy
Desirable
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience using tree mapping and surveying software
- Horticultural experience/qualifications
- Basic IT skills
