Contract Manager Opportunities - IFM, Campus FM

Job Introduction

You will be a key member of the Sodexo Universities Operational Management Team and play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and delivery of facilities across the University campus.

The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, quality and impactful FM delivery (including technical services) liaising with campus users, students, faculty, local resident’s local authority and other external bodies ensuring a quality, legislative and process related service is delivered.

Role Responsibility

  • Oversee all aspects of the daily operation, including a range of facilities services in Hard and soft FM
  • Effectively lead operational teams to deliver efficient campus services
  • Oversee the performance of service lines, ensuring compliance with the specified terms of contract, service level agreements and sustainability targets
  • Effectively prepare and monitor budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Managing senior client and customer relationships and develop strong business relationships with key internal people whilst continually driving exceptional service delivery.
  • Role model the company values and ensure they are reinforced at every opportunity.
  • Accountable for full compliance and understanding of all company risk, reporting and governance processes, ensure that these are fully applied, complied with and adhered to within own business.  You will work with the University adhering to their processes, policies and procedures to maintain, work and operate a safe environment.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Operations management in a significantly sized operational environment in the FM arena – Ideally with a technical background and experience of both hard and soft FM services
  • Building and project management experience
  • Tactical experience of managing FM services, understanding technical services
  • Excellent customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influence at senior levels.
  • A self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively leverage relationships that drive results
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong inspirational leader that is able to articulate a clear vision and set direction
     

Package Description

£Competitive salary dependent on role, plus flexible benefits package and %bonus
