Compliance / Documentation Administrator
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a Compliance / Documentation Administrator to work in the one of our Cork sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
- Be part of the site Documentation Management Group, managing and issuing documentation for the site
- Act as an Administrator for CDMS, the site’s controlled document management system (an electronic documentation management system)
- Assist the site in creating and updating documents
- Issue and manage controlled copies on site
- Author and approve documents if needed
- Coach new users on CDMS
- Perform local maintenance on CDMS, including keeping access up to date and performing audits of the system
- Liaise with above-site CDMS and on-site functions such as Learning & Development
- Use their initiative to improve the documentation process on site, including reducing waste
- Provide regulatory inspection and audit support, as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Attention to detail is key, the ability to proof read documents is essential.
- The ability to learn new applications and act as a coach to others.
- Must work well as part of a team.
- Proficient at Microsoft Word (formatting and design of documents), plus to a lesser extent, Microsoft Excel.

- Good written skills would be an advantage.
Package Description
Compliance / Documentation Administrator
Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 5pmMon-Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday (there is probably some flexibility if required).)
39 hours per week
