Commuting and Footprint Co-Ordinator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Commuting and Footprint Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • PO management support
  • Maintenance and distribution of timetable data and leaflets across site
  • Maintain and ensure consistency of information on internal Nucleus pages
  • Support Pool bike scheme and car share scheme administration and service
  • Capture footfall data and ensure accuracy of data through physical monitoring
  • Capture and monitor meeting room utilisation
  • Support delivery of meetings and events
  • Manage Site Operations messages
  • An excellent communicator and organiser able to focus on attention to details and increased service level standards
  • Will be embedded in the Sodexo IFM model and work with all other services personnel
  • Ensure a smooth process for all employees using Sodexo travel services
  • To promote sustainable and safe travel options to employees
  • Update and report on all data from travel modes each month to the AZ travel team
  • Research new travel options and present to travel team
  • Report any issues with travel services to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ensure consistency of Sodexo service between sites on the Cambridge Campus via monthly service inspections.
  • Monitor the AstraZeneca shared travel mailbox for incoming requests and queries
  • Respond or direct all travel queries to relevant parties and ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate routine and ad hoc travel events by communicating with AZ travel and onsite teams
  • Co-ordinate new travel services when required, creating risk assessments, processes, order equipment and assist in launch of service
  • To undertake any other associated duties as required by the manager
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to develop AZ travel services
  • Report any issues to suppliers where applicable
  • Organise pool bike maintenance by communicating with suppliers and AZ employees
  • Collaborate with AZ SHE, Legal and Insurance teams to ensure all travel services are following company guidelines
  • Collaborate with Sodexo fleet services to confirm all Sodexo fleet guidelines are followed
  • Support wider Sodexo and AZ Facilities Management (FM) teams
  • Cover Sodexo Events Co-ordinator site events and queries while they are on annual leave

  • Previous experience or awareness of creating Purchase Orders
