Commis Chef
Job Introduction
We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Commis Chef to look after the daily production of hot and cold food for a busy Dublin 2 based vibrant staff restaurant within a corporate office building
Role Responsibility
- Food includes: hot and cold breakfast items, baguettes, wraps, salads, fruit and yoghurt pots, paninis, soups, hot and cold lunch items
- Hot and Cold food preparation and cooking.
- Assisting with Stock counting.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Assisting coffee shop team with their duties.
- Cleaning of the work environment.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a high profile establishment so a good level of English alongside the correct attitude and personal presentation are required.
The ideal candidate should be inspired by food and bring lots of ideas to the outlet and our team.

- As it's a small team flexibility to duties and work times are essential.
- Attention to detail in food presentation.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
