Commercial Manager - Swansea
Job Introduction
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our new venue, Liberty Stadium in Swansea, this role will involve assisting in the preparation, production and reporting of the contract’s monthly results and maintaining all financial control procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic venue and be responsible for driving the business forward through financial control and management.

Role Responsibility
This varied role will involve reviewing monthly results with heads of department and ensure key revenue and cost drivers are highlighted, challenging any overspends to make sure the site remains in budget. Supporting the contract with cash operations, you will work to improve developments in control areas of stock and labour and ensure robust cash controls are in place during match days and large events. Working closely with the operational teams, you will develop productive relationships and provide excellent commercial support whilst driving compliance and processes.You will ensure accurate accounting entries, reconcile cash postings, liaise with supplier accounts and assist with regular budgeting and forecasting whilst reporting on KPI’s. This is an excellent, hands on role that can impact business performance. |
