Cleaning Operative - Nights
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a Cleaning Operative to work in one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Bathrooms
- Spot clean mirrors, sanitary wipe sinks, taps
- Damp wipe drier, walls
- Brush bowls, urinals, sanitary wiping
- Inspect and wipe cubicles walls and doors
- Empty waste bins
- Wipe doors and handles
- Mop floors
- Sign check list ensure location/area listed
Conference, team, focus rooms and phone booths
- Remove cups, bottles, rubbish, wipe table
- Dust, wipe chairs, set up in tidy manner
- Damp wipe glass boards, writable walls, tidy up markers
- Dust skirting boards, light shades
- Spot clean glass walls, doors, wipe handles
- Vacuum floors
Office area
- Dust, wipe scheduled desks, chairs and cabinets
- Clear and wipe Hot desks
- Wipe window ledges, dust skirting boards
- Damp wipe writable walls, partitions
- Spot clean glass partitions
- Wipe tables, dust light shades
- Vacuum floor
Coffee dock, Recycling areas
- Damp wipe countertop, cabinets
- Clean sink, tap, wall
- Empty waste bins
- Clean bins, wipe bins cabinets
- Wipe tables, chairs, seats
- Dust, spot clean glass railing
- Mop floor
Walkway, Lobbies, Staircases
- Dust control, vacuum walkway
- Dust skirting boards, lampshades, spot clean walls
- Dust, spot clean glass railing
- Damp clean floor
- Wipe doors, handles
- Wipe lift doors
- Damp clean all stairs, wipe rails
The Ideal Candidate
- Have a passion for attention to detail.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place.
- Responsible for work allocated to them, keeping within the specified detail of the job in hand.
- Report to Supervisor on a daily basis.
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations,wearing company uniform.
