Soft Services Manager
Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Soft Services Manager to manage all cleaning services for one of our corporate contracts in Derry, Northern Ireland
This role is a evening based Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm and may require flexible working sometimes over weekends.
Role Responsibility
- Ensure a high quality cleaning service is delivered, including specialist and office cleaning
- Manage and control the cleaning services to the agreed specification and service standard required by the contract as measured by both qualitative and financial targets.
- Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with the monitoring of related equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in managing and leading a large team, ideally within a large contract
- Leadership skills
- Administrative ability
- Ability to produce and deliver training
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations
- Methodical and proactive approach
- IOSH certified
