Cleaning Manager

Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Cleaning Manager to manage the cleaning team for a military site.
Role Responsibility
- Plan, organise and coordinate all cleaning activity for the contract, ensuring that we deliver a effcient, first class cleaning service.
- Ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed
- Grow the cleaning service in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control in line with client and Sodexo expectations
- Provide leadership and clear direction to direct reports, communicating and developing performance
- Be accountable for the cleaning service being fully compliant with all legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Take responsibility for the financial delivery and performance of the cleaning service
- Manage and develop local strong client and customer relationships
- Drive service excellence across the cleaning offer
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working in a similar role within the cleaning or FM industry
- Effective communication skills
- Management knowledge of health & safety
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations
- Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team
