Cleaning Manager (MOD site)
Job Introduction
As Cleaning Manager, you'll plan, organise and manage delivery of all services within the cleaning operational business area, ensuring your team are motivated, engaged and getting the most from their roles.
This is predominantly a Monday to Friday job, with occasional weekend/evenings to meet business needs. It’s a great opportunity for someone to support our Armed Forces and improve the quality of their daily life – as the site is not only their workplace but also a home to many of them.
We are a key partner to the Ministry of Defence, running services at major UK and overseas military bases which improve quality of life for our military personnel. We are dedicated to delivering the best quality as well as cost-efficiency in the delivery of infrastructure, facilities management, catering, retail and leisure services to the armed forces community

Package Description
Competitive salary of £22,000-£24,000 plus benefits including pension, 20 days plus statutory holiday entitlement, (dependant upon length of service), option to 'buy' additional flexible benefits such as holidays, healthcare etc
