Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Waterford sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

Daily cleaning duties as set out in individual SOWs for the contracted building.
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards.
Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents.
Ensure that cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment stored safely at all times.
Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings.
Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
Provide cover in other areas in times of sickness and holidays.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean & maintained in safe working order.
Comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
To report and take action on customer and client complaints or other irregularities.
To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary from time to time. Some of which may occur outside normal working hours.
To carry out reasonable periods of overtime as may be required from time to time.

Flexible Team Player
Good interpersonal skills.
Good use of the English language (written and spoken).
Previous cleaning experience in premium environment preferred

Monday to Friday - (Includes evening work )

39 hours per week
