Role Responsibility
Assisting the Head Chef in producing the daily menu
keeping Food safety records
Maintaining a high level of hygiene

A minimum of two years in a similar role
relevant catering qualifications
Food hygiene certificate
Package Description
We are currently looking for an assistant chef to join our team in Grays, Essex. Working Monday to Friday assisting the Chef Manager in producing breakfast and lunch
The role also includes completing various Food safety related documents.
