Production of Daily Food Service Offer for Restaurant & Coffee Shop
To ensure visual display of all food items in a appealing manner
Completion of all Food Safety & Health & Safety Records
Comply with Company & Client Health & Safety & Security Procedures
Excellence in Customer Service & Customer Satisfaction
Compete in Craft Competitions Internal & External

The Ideal Candidate
A Passion for using local, fresh produce
NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation
Experience in Managing a Commercial Catering Service
Bakery Skills, Menu Planning & Costing Experience
Ability to plan work schedules for a busy craft team
