Role Responsibility

As a Night Chef you will be responsible for: Preparation and cooking of food and food service to customers. Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times. Delivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staff Assisting in all areas of the kitchen and service. Assisting the Head Chef or Chef Manager with paperwork including due diligence records. You will be responsible for the night team including lock up and security of cash.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have: Excellent craft skills Previous chef experience (NVQ level2 or equivalent) and good communication skills. Basic Food Hygiene certificate (advantageous but not essential) Basic Health and Safety certificate (advantageous but not essential) Good customer service skills and an ability to work form your own initiative. You will be expected to bring new ideas to the service and implement them.

Hours as follows:
Week 1 Sun - Fri 22:30-02:30 (24 hours per week)
Week 2 Mon - Fri 22:30-02:30 (20 Hours per week)
£9.45ph
