Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Cooking for patients as per pre arranged menu
  • ensuring all food safety guidelines are adhered to
  • Following company procedures and guidelines
  • liaising with staff and patients where necessary
  • ensuring completion of relevant food safety and HACCP documentation.
  • Stocktaking
  • Stock ordering  

The Ideal Candidate

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in food production
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in food safety
  • Working pattern flexibility is a must
  • Must be proficient at all types of cooking (Pastry and baked goods)
  • Previous experience of healthcare catering is preferred
