The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Have experience in leading a kitche team.
- Have good customer service.
- Ability to work occational weekend, evening and bank holidays will be required.
- Evidence of working as part team.
- Good level of English both written and spoken.
- Good PC ability.
- Be an effective communicator to all levels.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
Package Description
To Assist and in the absence of the chef Manager take on full responsibility for the leading, motivation and up-skilling of the Kitchen team and assisting with the maintainance of exceptional standards with regard to food storing, preparation, production, cooking, presentation and other services which we provide . You must have an energetic and enthusiastic personality with a real passion for cooking and always striving for perfection.
