Chef de Partie
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Meath sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative
Role Responsibility
- Preparation of breakfast items from 6.45am
- Preparation of salad bar and vegetable
- Preparation and service of main course selection for lunch
- Preparation and service of evening meals
- Preparation of daily desert selection
- Working in a clean and hygienic manner
- Assisting chefs where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Good customer service skills
- At least 3 to 4 years’ experience
- Working knowledge of HACCP systems
- Current food hygiene certificate
- Some early starts [6.30 am ] possibly need own transport
- Bakery skills an advantage
