Sodexo is looking for an experienced Chef manager who is really passionate about providing fantastic service and producing amazing, tasty food to join our team in Swindon and run the Catering Service from top to bottom.

 

Role Responsibility

From producing menus to cooking the meals as needed (although you will have a team to support with this) this role is truly hands on. You will also look after your team’s relevant training, H&S and compliance which is a really big part of the role. The restaurant has just been refurbished and is a really wonderful modern place to work. It is also easily accessible based off junction 16 of the M4.

This is a really involved role that will suit a capable team manager who likes to roll their sleeves up and work as part of the team as well as manage the team.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed as our Chef Manager we ask that you have the following experience/skills:

             Previous experience of catering management

             Experience of managing a team

             Financially astute and experienced in managing budgets

             Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
