Chef Manager
Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager to manage the catering operation for a prestigious corporate contract based in Dublin, Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity and one which will allow you to really utilise your craft management skills.
Role Responsibility
- Efficient management of the staff restaurant and café/salad bar including the preparation of food
- Day to day management of catering service, ensuring the effective service delivery of a high end catering operation for up to 750 customers on site
- Control and monitor the financial performance
- Managing the catering team to ensuring the highest standard of service delivery at all times.
- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard as per service level agreement, Company policy and current legislation.
- Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisation.
- Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager
- Experienced Chef with full current Food safety Qualification
- Effective and experienced People manager
- Familiar with all current H&S requirements for role.
