Catering/ Training Supervisor

Job Introduction

 

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • To be responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the Hospitality and management of Training of the catering services and equipment within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets. This includes night service and weekend service.
  • To provide a food service to the agreed standards in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract
  • To actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with high levels of food hygiene
  • To be responsible for scheduling of work within the specified details of the contract
  • To coordinate and mange effectively the hospitality section ensuring the highest levels of service and compliance
  • To support the Food Service Team .in their role to provide best in class food service across three locations.
  • To act as stand-in for the Food Service Team Members when not on site.

To conduit effective administrative activities with respect to cash handling, e-profit and Sodexo administrative procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry and working in the food service, catering.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of catering developments/innovations and Training
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a standards compliance environment
