Catering Team Leader / Coffee Champion

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

To ensure that the preparation, presentation and service are carried out to comply with company standards.
To provide high personal standards of performance, hygiene and appearance.
To communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant and polite personality.
To ensure that all products are well presented and served in a clean, hygienic environment.
To provide an efficient, caring and friendly service to customers in all areas of the catering department and deal with customer requests promptly.
To ensure that the counters presentation and service is to the Company standard.
To ensure that all areas under your control are left clean and tidy at the end of each service.
To ensure that all staff follow the FS & HS guidelines, execute their tasks correctly, give necessary training to them and any temporary staff and report any matters which you cannot resolve to Management.
To report any customer complaints or compliments and take action if necessary.
To report any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities and taken action if possible.
To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary from time to time.
To bring ideas and assist with innovation that will make the business more efficient and up to date with current trends
To be able to promote our coffee products within the business environment, to design and execute promotions based on flavour, nutrition and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous management experience is desirable.

An ability to work under pressure and think fast is a must.

This is a high profile establishment so fluency in English .
