Catering Supervisor
Job Introduction
This role ideally suits a person who want to bridge the gap on their CV to start to develop into an Manager role.
There is an opportunity to take extended leave during the summer months if the persons which to apply for it.
Role Responsibility
- To work with the Retail Manager to execute a robust and dynamic offer at the existing NUI, Galway Campus contract in order to meet the contract commercial requirements
- Customer services, quality of food and customer satisfaction are key areas of focus alongside robust client management exceeding expectations and delivers business growth
- The function of this post is to improve performance and promote growth, through direct line supervision of a number of service operators
- Responsible for INC, Sub Central, Arts Millennium and The Food Court at An Bhialann Whites hospitality services and also to support supervisor and delivery of services in which include Whites hospitality
- Prepares accurate financial information that assist in tracking sales and hospitality services
- Produces accurate monthly reconciliations for outlets, reporting against budget and forecasting monthly
- Prepare for and attends management meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working insimilar role in commercial setting is preferable but not essential.
- Person needs to be flexible to do hospitality or Sunday if special conference is booked at college or at exams time in May.
