Catering Supervisor
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
As a Front of House Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Managing the restaurant, 7th floor and ground floor coffee shops’s service delivery to the required standards
- Ensuring that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the customers during service
- Ensuring that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management, ensure equipment is not used until safe
- Identifying and maximise up selling opportunities for profitable sales growth
- Actioning customer compliments by praising staff and resolve complaints satisfactorily, referring to your line manager where necessary
- Comply with all Sodexo Company policies and procedures and client site rules and regulations
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good financial awareness
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and a proactive team player
- Good communication skills at written and verbal level
- The ability to demonstrate great team work
