Package Description
We have an opening in Sodexo at a Guildford site for a Catering Assistant.
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, hard working and punctual to join our team.
You will help with the smooth running of the kitchen along side our Chef to produce fresh innovative offering in our busy restaurant. You have the opportunity to bring in your own fresh ideas, recipes and contribute to our offerings here at Café bistro.
Duties include;
Preparing salad bar offerings using fresh ingredients and your own ideas.
To help the Chef in preparing daily hot lunches.
To help the Chef in preparing and meeting hospitality orders within the building.
Preparation, set up & service on our Street Food Pop Up stalls.
Delivery & collection of hospitality to & from meeting rooms.
Delivering excellent customer service in the Café Bistro, serving customers hot meals during lunch service.
To assist the Chef in daily running's and preparation.
Some till duties.
It is a team of 3 so some washing up duties will be required.
Clear down of the kitchen.
Seeing in and putting orders away.
Temperature compliance.
Allergen awareness & labelling.
