Catering Assistant / Mail Room Attendant
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Mail Room
- There will be 20 hours per week dedicated to mail room tasks which include accepting deliveries into the stores,Distributing and loading printer paper to copiers throughout two buildings,sorting and distribution of incoming post and collection and franking of outgoing post.
Catering Assistant
- The reaminder of the role will be supporting the kitchen;Working in the washup area clearing used crockery and cutlery-washing and replacing will be the main tasks.There will also be cross training in salad and sandwich bar preparation as supporting the food preparation will be required when necessary
The Ideal Candidate
- Must be eligible to work full time hours.
- A good command of English is essential.
- While this is a day shift there will be a requirement to cover periods of holiday and sickness cover including evening shifts and public hoilidays.The client's business will also require periods of overtime on weekends and bank holidays.
