Catering / Accounts Clerk – (Maternity Cover)
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a Catering / Accounts Clerk – (Maternity Cover) to work in one of our Cork sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative
Role Responsibility
- To assist the Catering Manager in managing and controlling the catering services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets
- Assist in the day to day ordering and stock control
- Assist in the control and documentation of all sales and internal issues within the establishments targets
- Assist as required in the day to day operation such as till duties, floor cover and any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
- Assume responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the manager

- PC Literate – Word, Excel
Previous administration experience is desirable
