Business Development Sales Executive

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional who can drive business for Bateaux London and Windsor, based at Ascot Racecourse this role will be part of the successful sales and events team. This position will require you to be out visiting companies in London and Windsor area, with time spent at Ascot and Bateaux London.

Role Responsibility

You will be looking to achieve set revenue hospitality sales for Bateaux Windsor via telephone and face to face sales, actively seeking out and developing new corporate hospitality business for the Bateaux brand. Mainly focussed on new business this role will also involve developing existing accounts, engaging with them to increase their commitment. This is a proactive role, where you will making calls, sourcing leads, attending meetings and networking events. You will have the support of the central marketing team to help drive sales and initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who is energetic, motivated by generating sales and driving business growth.

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Self-driven and strategic minded
  • Be target driven to drive and succeed in a business where we reward success
  • Ability to negotiate, work with flexible schedule and changing priorities is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in hospitality sales would be preferred but not essential
