We are looking for a brand manager within the UK and Ireland Food Platform to join our team, to work closely with our segments to ensure the brands within their portfolio continue to meet the needs of our clients and consumers.
You will be responsible for creating a defined marketing campaign that is rooted in consumer insight and meets the needs of the business commercially and operationally expectations
You will have strong project management skills and collaboration skills
We can be flexible on location as you will essentially travel between Stevenage and London offices. You will be a creative person with good project management skills with a background in marketing and service / brand development within the food industry.
Take ownership of, and be accountable for, a portfolio of services/brands through the brand lifecycle supported by Food Platform departments
Evaluating and monitoring brand/service line deployed standards in terms of financial and non-financial performances
Develop, co-ordinate and manage all brand activity including strategic development and implementation, menu launches and promotional campaigns
Leading and collaborating with senior multi-disciplinary teams including segment Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain & Facilities Management Platform across the UK&I and globally
Interpret insight to ensure continual improvement of defined brands/service lines to meet the needs of the clients and consumers
Identify, drive and collaborate with other service operations teams to accelerate Sodexo’s ability to bring innovation to market in a timely manner
Ensuring Sodexo initiatives are carried through into brand development, with our Quality of life positioning at the heart of each service we develop for our clients and consumers
Ensure integrity of our internal business management tools with regards to Sodexo’s brand portfolio systems and tools
Ability to share best practice and learnings from each project in order to develop oneself as well as immediate colleagues in addition to colleagues in other Food Platforms worldwide
The Ideal Candidate
- Professional experience in the food service industry. Ideally with experience in marketing, service/ brand development and operations.
- Creative thinker

- Strong knowledge of the High Street and Foodservice Industry trends
- Experience in working with multi-cultural teams / environments
- Strong time management skills / ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
