Hospitality & Events Coordinator
Job Introduction
We have an opportunity to join the highly successful Sodexo team based at Ascot Racecourse to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months, this role involves covering the Boxes department, managing the set-up and breakdown of the prestigious private boxes.

Role Responsibility
Detail and organisation is key to this busy role, you will be managing the catering and hospitality services within the Boxes department, ensuring your customer receives an exceptional level of service and quality they would except from Ascot. Managing the operation ensuring boxes are set up in a timely manner and to the required standard in line with our service offers, you will work across various departments monitoring performance, ensuring food and health and safety standards are met and all costs are controlled. You will seek ways to enhance the quality and performance whilst building long-term relationships with Box Holders, managing complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
The Ideal Candidate
- Operational hospitality experience

- Ability to use financial information, have a commercial view.
